7's Rugby

7's Rugby is a lot different from your standard Rugby Union rules. Each team only plays 7 men on each side of the ball and it is played in 2 halts which are each 7 minutes long. 7's rugby is a very fast sport that is played by some of the most athletic people in the world. 7's rugby is played all over the world and is played mostly in the form of tournaments rather than just single matches.
